Hi, I’m Kate. I was once a risk manager with money and success on my mind. One day my son came up to me and said, “Mommy, you never have time to play. When you’re here, you’re always too busy.”

This, I knew then and there, was all too true. I was so busy trying to create the best life for my family that I lost track of what a life consists of. I remember feeling the same way when I was young and my mother traveled for work. Even if she was only gone for one day, it felt like a lifetime and I hated it!

Ironically, my very successful and driven parents are the ones who drove me to be so successful and, I have to admit, I loved the feeling. However, my son’s words hit me like a ton of bricks and I knew it was time to take a look at our lives and make some changes.

So? I quit my job to become a stay at home mom! I know it seems drastic, but it has done my family a world of wonders and I couldn’t be happier. It allowed me to focus on the tings that make up a healthy and happy life. And now, it is my personal mission to empower my family, friends, and people all over the world with the knowledge I have gained on the benefits of living a simple and clean life.

I believe that the world can be a better place when you pay attention to what your body, mind, and home deserve. With the power of knowledge, this can change one perspective at a time, creating a revolution of healthy living.

People are the heart and soul of this Earth. When we change how we think, we can change how we feel. When we change how we feel, we can pass that on to another. When healthy, happy people are constantly sharing hope and happiness throughout the world, this Earth can become a happier, healthier place to live.

The footprint we leave behind is the footprint that our children will walk in. If our footprint is that of health and happiness, perhaps they too, will leave a positive footprint for their children.
